Information you choose to send
When you fill out a request form, we receive:
- your name and phone number;
- your email address and ZIP code, if you enter them;
- what you are seeing at the house, and anything you type in the details box;
- the page you sent the form from and, where the browser reports it, the page that led you there.
When you call, you are calling a tracking number provided by CallRail. Calls may be recorded, and you may hear a brief notice when the call connects. The call log can hold the number you called from, the time and length of the call, the recording itself, and how you found the site.

How long it is kept
Request details and call records are kept for as long as they are needed to route and follow up on the request and to keep basic business records, and are then removed. Call recordings are kept according to the call-tracking provider’s retention settings.
Your choices

- You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@shreveportfoundationcompany.com.
